On June 24, 2002, the
body of Mr. Berkshire was discovered in his garage, in the 2200 block of Juliette Avenue. Mr. Berkshire was
not armed and he posed no physical threat to his killer.
Investigators are frustrated by the lack of solid leads in
this case.
The neighborhood is relatively quiet and not
subject to high pedestrian or vehicular traffic. A nearby church is about the only draw of non-residents into the immediate neighborhood.
Investigators have canvassed the neighborhood, but have yet to secure sufficient
Probable Cause to solve this case.
